Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Toyoni (“Toyoni”, “we”, “us”) is a chat-first, human-assisted service based in the Republic of Korea. Registered business details are available on request. We help visitors and residents in Korea complete specific tasks that Korean apps and services make hard for foreigners, for example booking tickets, ordering delivery, or completing a payment, by performing the verified action on your behalf.

2. What we do — and what we are not

When you ask us to complete a task, you appoint Toyoni as your agent to carry out that specific request using details you provide. We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Interpark, NOL, YES24, Melon, Baemin, Coupang, Kakao, or any other platform or merchant. Any purchase we make for you is also subject to that platform’s or merchant’s own terms.

We are not a law firm, immigration advisor, financial advisor, or medical provider, and nothing we do is professional advice of that kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give accurate information and to only request tasks that are lawful and that you are entitled to make.

4. How a request works

  1. You message us (via WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE, Instagram, or Messenger) describing the task, usually with a screenshot.
  2. We reply with a per-task quote in US dollars.
  3. If you accept and pay the quote, you authorize us to complete that task on your behalf using the details you provide.
  4. We complete the task and send you proof (confirmation, tickets, order details), or tell you honestly if it can’t be done.

5. Pricing & payment

Pricing is per task — a quote per request, not a subscription. Payment is collected via Stripe; we do not store your full card details. The quote covers our service; the cost of the underlying purchase (e.g. a ticket or order) may be included in or separate from the quote, as stated at the time. You authorize the amount shown before you pay.

6. What we can and can’t promise

  • We act with reasonable care and skill to complete your task.
  • We cannot guarantee outcomes outside our control — e.g. an event selling out, a high-demand on-sale, a platform changing its rules, a payment method being declined by a third party, or a task that genuinely cannot be done without credentials only you can provide.
  • Where a task truly can’t be done, we’ll tell you and not charge for work we couldn’t do (see Refunds).

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, lawful information and have the right to make the request.
  • Don’t use Toyoni for anything illegal, fraudulent, for scalping/resale in violation of a platform’s rules, or that infringes others’ rights.
  • You’re responsible for your own compliance with the rules of the platforms you ask us to use.

8. Third-party platforms & merchants

Tasks we complete for you happen on third-party platforms with their own terms, prices, and policies (including refund and entry rules — e.g. name-matched ticket pickup). We aren’t responsible for those platforms’ acts, outages, or decisions.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a task is limited to the service fee you paid for that task. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including any ID or payment details strictly needed to complete a task.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use means you accept the update.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the Seoul Central District Court, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
