Refund & Cancellation Policy

Toyoni charges per task. How refunds work depends on where your request is in the process and whether a third-party purchase has already happened.

Before we start the task

If you cancel before we’ve begun, you get a full refund of anything you paid.

If we can’t complete it

If a task genuinely can’t be done (it’s sold out, the platform requires something we can’t provide, or only you can supply a missing credential), we’ll tell you and refund our service fee plus any unspent funds. We don’t charge for work we couldn’t deliver.

After we’ve completed the task

  • Our service fee covers the work we did and is generally non-refundable once the task is completed and proof is sent.
  • The underlying purchase (e.g. concert tickets, a delivery order) follows the third-party platform’s or merchant’s own refund policy — which is often non-refundable (for example, most concert tickets). We’ll help you understand and pursue it, but we can’t override the platform’s rules.

If something went wrong on our end

If we made a mistake (e.g. booked the wrong date because of our error), we’ll make it right — re-do it, or refund fairly. Just tell us in the chat thread.

How to request a refund

Reply in the same chat thread you used to make the request, with your details. We aim to respond within 1 business day. Please contact us before opening a card chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
