Scope

Toyoni v0 currently supports only:
1. Bookings & waitlists
2. Food ordering
3. More requests (ask first)

Refund & failure policy (v0)

A feasibility check is provided first, but fulfillment is not guaranteed due to third-party platform rules, stock, seller behavior, or venue limits.

• If we do not start execution, service fee is refundable in full.
• If execution has started, service fee may be partially or fully retained based on completed work.
• Pass-through costs already paid to third parties are non-refundable unless recovered from that third party.
• If Toyoni makes an operator error, we will provide a reasonable remedy (refund/redo/credit), case by case.

Prohibited requests

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unsafe activities.
• Identity bypass, account takeover, or policy circumvention.
• Age-restricted items/services for underage users.
• Weapons, controlled substances, or other prohibited goods.
• Any request that violates platform terms or local law.

Data minimization note

We collect only information required to execute requests, provide updates, and resolve support issues. We do not request unnecessary personal documents.
